Cancellations can be made through your myWintersport account by clicking on the Cancel Booking button in your own account. Please be aware that free cancellation is only available based upon the policy when you booked the accomodation.
If the free period has ended cancellation costs can be charged. Please contact us if cancellation is not available anymore thru a support ticket.
